This typical dish from León has the same ingredients and is cooked in the same way as the usual Cocido stew from Madrid, but the difference is that it's served upside down!

The menu you'll enjoy consists of three "vuelcos", bread and dessert:
- First serving: high-quality local meat, stuffing and chorizo
- Second serving: pico pardal chickpeas with cabbage and fried vegetables
- Third serving: noodle soup
- Dessert: custard with Astorga butter or lemon mousse
Meal Times
- Weekdays: there is no lunch shift, you can go at the time you prefer
- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: when you make your reservation, you'll have to choose between the 1:30 pm or 3:30 pm shift
