Tour & Wine Tasting
In this option, we'll embark on a journey through Château Arton’s vineyards, where sustainability meets tradition in the creation of delicious wines.
The tour will begin with a stroll through the vineyards, where we'll learn about the château’s rich heritage and its innovative approach to farming. We'll discover how biodynamic and permaculture techniques are used to cultivate the 8 grape varieties that form the foundation of their wines.
After the vineyard tour, we'll visit the Armagnac ageing cellar, where we'll see the Armagnac still and learn about the intricate process of crafting both Armagnac and wine at Château Arton.
Finally, we'll enjoy a wine tasting in a garden overlooking the vineyards. We'll savour a selection of their signature wines, including the lively white Audace, the organic Ysé rosé, and bold red blends. The tasting will be enhanced with gourmet pairings from local producers—the perfect finish to your visit.
Tour & Armagnac Tasting
If you choose this tour, you'll be immersed in the world of Armagnac, often hailed as the purest natural spirit. At Château Arton, Armagnacs are crafted without any additives—not even water—letting the natural balance of terroir, time, and expertise shine.
As in the previous option, this experience will also begin with a guided tour of the vineyards and continue with a trip down to the ageing cellar.
To conclude, we'll indulge in a guided tasting in a garden overlooking the vineyards. We'll sample some of their finest Armagnacs, including rare vintages such as La Flamme and the exclusive Pièce Unique cask. The tasting will be perfectly complemented by local gourmet delicacies, offering a true taste of Gascony’s finest flavours.
