Le Puy-en-Velay Cathedral Complex Ticket
Le Puy Cathedral, located in the French region of Auvergne, has been declared a World Heritage Site for its exceptional cultural value as part of the French Way of St. James.
With our ticket, you can visit the Le Puy-en-Velay Cathedral Complex which houses the cloister, and the chapter house.
The highlight of the complex is its spectacular Romanesque cloister, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Western Europe. It was built during the Carolingian period in the 12th century and, despite the centuries, it retains much of the polychromy of the period.
We also recommend visiting the chapter house, where you'll see a 13th-century fresco that depicts the crucifixion.
If you visit the church, you'll see various pieces of sacred art that contribute to the heritage of this religious building on the Way of St. James pilgrimage.
