The Malta Experience is an audio-visual show that covers over 7,000 years of the country's history. The film is played in a theater located in the former Holy Infirmary of the Knights of St. John in Valletta.
You'll be able to travel back in time and learn all the interesting facts about Malta's past to delve into the culture of the islands, its people, and the origin of its most iconic monuments, thanks to the audioguide in English.
Prehistoric temples, the establishment of Christianity, bombardments during the Second World War... All of these and much more will be part of The Malta Experience.
Undoubtedly, this visit is an entertaining and educational way to learn about the many conflicts that have taken place in this archipelago and what other hardships and triumphs have taken place on these islands.

The Malta Experience show takes place from Monday to Friday at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm. On Saturdays, there will be shows at 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm, and 2 pm.
Holy Infirmary Guided Visit
If you opt for the ticket that includes the Holy Infirmary, you'll enjoy the show The Malta Experience, followed by a guided tour in English of the Holy Infirmary.
For 30 minutes, we'll walk through the different rooms of this former hospital founded in the 16th century and unveil all its secrets. For example, did you know that it had the largest ward in Europe and that the patients ate their meals with silverware? This is a must-visit in Valletta!
