At the indicated time we'll meet at the cruise terminal of La Spezia. From here, we'll take you by bus to Florence, an Italian Renaissance jewel. The road trip will take approximately 2 hours.
You'll be dropped off at Florence's Piazzale Montelungo. From this point on, you'll have approximately 4.5 hours of free time. Let's explore the city!
During your free time, you'll have unlimited use of the Florence sightseeing bus to discover the most emblematic spots of the historic centre of the city. You'll be able to get on and off the bus as many times as you want to discover places such as the Piazza del Duomo, the Florence Cathedral, the Boboli Gardens or the Piazza Michelangelo.
Finally, we'll meet again at the Piazzale Montelungo to return to the starting point in La Spezia.
Routes and stops
The Florence sightseeing bus runs two different routes of one and two hours. You'll also enjoy commentaries in English throughout the tour. You can check the stops on the map at the following link:
Schedule and Frequency
Blue line: from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. The frequency is as follows:
- Monday to Friday: every 70 minutes
- Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and from December 23 to January 7: every 35 minutes
Red line: operates only on Saturdays, Sundays and from December 23 to January 7. It has two departures, and the frequency is as follows:
- First departure: at 10:45 am
- Second departure: at 2:45 pm
