Samana Trip
Samana Trip
Between 5 am and 6 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in La Romana. We'll travel by bus to the northeast of the Dominican Republic. After a brief stop in the beautiful village of Miches, we'll continue to the port of Las Cañitas, where a beautiful catamaran awaits us!
From there, we'll sail to the city of Samana. Once on land, we'll board a safari truck that will take us to the interior of the peninsula, where we'll go to the famous El Limón waterfall! We'll make the last stretch on a 30-minute horse ride or hike (whichever you prefer) through the jungle to the foot of the cascades. This will take us to the waterfall, which you can reach by going down a 200-step section.
Once the picture is taken, we'll go to a ranch to enjoy a well-deserved buffet lunch. After, we'll return by bus to the city of Samaná, where we board a boat that will take us to the island of Cayo Levantado, a Caribbean paradise! You'll have one hour of free time to enjoy these postcard-like beaches at your leisure.
At 3 pm, we'll meet up again to take the boat to Las Cañitas, where we'll arrive half an hour later. Finally, we'll return by bus to La Romana, dropping you at your hotel at 6 pm.
