Have you ever thought about taking a tour of the Dakar Rally course? At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in La Rioja and travel in a 4x4 to the Quebrada del Yeso. Let's go!
During the tour, we'll pass by some of the most inhospitable locations in the region and discover the course of the Argentine section of the Dakar Rally, back when it ran through South America. The province of La Rioja is one of the biggest stages of the competition thanks to its uneven terrain. You'll feel like a real rally driver!
This tour of the Quebrada del Yeso will also take us across the Bermejo River and the foothills of La Rioja, in a 4x4. So that you can discover our surroundings a bit better, we'll make multiple stops to take impressive photos of the natural landscape. We'll also stop to grab a quick bite to eat.
On the final stretch of the tour, we'll see the reddish landscapes that are so characteristic of the region of La Rioja and the semi-arid pass that stretches 12 km across the Sierra de los Colorados.
Finally, after 11 hours, we'll return to the hotels and bring the tour to an end.
