Swimming with Whale Sharks in La Paz
At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Recinto Portuario to begin this unique and unforgettable adventure on the coast of La Paz. We'll start by putting on the equipment and learning more about the activity from our instructors.
Next, we'll board a catamaran that'll take us to the perfect swimming spot, which won't be too far from the coast. It'll then be time to jump into the water to swim alongside whale sharks, which are the largest species of fish in the world. Some of them can even grow up to 40 feet (12 metres) long!
You'll spend 2 hours admiring these incredible sea creatures up close. These animals are believed to have existed over 70 million years ago! Will you pluck up the courage to swim alongside the enormous whale sharks?
Having made the most of this experience of a lifetime, the crew will prepare a snack of seasonal fruits, water and soft drinks.
Once we've finished swimming with whale sharks, we'll set sail back to dry land and return to the starting point in La Paz. Our activity will come to an end after 6 hours of exhilarating fun.
