Rafting in La Fortuna
Rafting in La Fortuna
We'll pick you up at 9:30 am at your hotel in La Fortuna to move to an area where the Burío River converges with other rivers and streams. This river confluence makes this point a perfect place to practice rafting in the interior of Costa Rica. Ready to take on the challenge?
Upon arrival, we'll attend a short safety briefing and then adjust our helmets and life jackets. Once prepared, we'll grab the paddles and get on the rafts. Time for adventure!
We'll embark on an exciting rafting route of 6.2 miles (10 kilometers), during which we'll take on several class II and III rapids. Throughout the tour, we'll also enjoy unique views of the spectacular landscapes of the Costa Rican rainforest.
At the end of the route, we'll disembark in an area where we'll take part in a tropical fruit tasting. We'll also replenish our strength with a delicious lunch that includes a typical Costa Rican dish.
After lunch, it'll be time to return to your hotel in La Fortuna, where we'll arrive at 2:30 pm.
