Costa Rican Coffee & Chocolate Tour

We'll pick you up from your hotel in La Fortuna at the time you choose and head to the North Field Coffe farm, the best place to learn about Costa Rica's star products: cocoa and coffee.

Get lost in the coffee plantations while your guides fill you in on all kinds of interesting facts about the various crops and the different cultivation practices. What is it that makes Costa Rican chocolate the most exquisite in the world? Pay attention, and you'll discover the secret!

Next, we'll visit the cocoa trees and see the fermentation and drying process up close, as well as the raw material, with pods of thickness up to three centimetres.

Time to try the delicious end products! Of course, no tour of Costa Rican coffee and chocolate could be complete without cocoa, coffee and sugar cane tasting. Delicious!

After two and a half hours of activity, we will take you back to your hotel in La Fortuna, where the activity comes to an end.
