I will start by saying that we had a situation with the pickup time, but I contacted the company and because of the situation they could not treat me better. They got Franklin to give us the private tour and let me tell you, he is a walking encyclopedia. The tour was wonderful, he explained everything to us, clarified all our doubts and he couldn't have treated us better. He was very attentive to us both in the volcano and in the hot springs and was always lively and happy.
The experience was wonderful. Gerardo was wonderful, he was super attentive to us, he explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Without a doubt super recommended.
