Ukraine Missile Museum Tour

After picking you up at your hotel in Kiev at 8 am, we will drive to the amazing Museum of Strategic Missile Forces. The relaxing road trip will take around three and a half hours.

During the journey, the guide will reveal fascinating facts and anecdotes about the history of Ukraine. You will hear all about the role this area played during the Cold War.

Once we arrive at the museum, we will take a brilliant two-hour guided tour. During the tour, we will see the R-36M missile, nicknamed the SS-18 Satan because it was one of the most dangerous weapons of mass destruction of the Cold War. We will also see different military equipment and a missile silo, the subway structure where these weapons were stored before their launch.

Finally, we hop back in the vehicle and head back to Kiev. Along the way, we will stop for a full meal of two traditional Ukrainian dishes and a drink: it includes borsch (a vegetable-based soup), varéniques (stuffed pasta), and a fruit juice. We will arrive back at your hotel at 6 pm.
