At the selected time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Kusadasi and start this excursion to Pergamon. Are you ready to visit one of the most amazing Greek archaeological remains in Turkey?
After a two-and-a-half-hour drive, we'll arrive in Pergamon and begin our guided tour of the ruins of this ancient Greek city. The impressive Hellenistic theater, its terraces, the acropolis, and the temples built in honor of the Greek gods will be some of the places that will catch your attention.
Next, we'll visit the Asclepeion, the perfect place to delve into the ancient culture. Did you know that it was used as a hospital? The guide will tell us the most surprising facts about this place, closely related to Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine.
Nearing the end of the visit, you'll have an hour of free time to refuel in a nearby restaurant. Lastly, we'll hop on to the minibus and travel back to Kusadasi, where we'll bid farewell after an eight-hour excursion.
