At the designated time, we'll meet on Pawia18a Street and, once we're all here, we'll begin this day trip to Zakopane and the Chochołów Thermal Baths. Ready for this unique day trip?
During the journey, we'll tell you about the history of this beautiful area in Poland. After around 2 hours, we'll arrive at our first stop: Zakopane. Here, we'll give you tickets so you can take the funicular up to the top of Gubałówka Mountain if you wish.
Once here, at an altitude of over 1,100 metres (3608 feet), you'll have amazing scenic views of the top of the Tatra Mountains, the mountain range that serves as a natural border between Poland and Slovakia. If you prefer not to go up Gubałówka, you can use your 3 hours of free time to explore the charming city of Zakopane at your own pace.
We recommend strolling down Krupówki, the most popular pedestrianised street in the city. Here, you'll find traditional shops to buy some souvenirs and restaurants where you can try some of the typical Polish cuisine.
Afterwards, we'll meet back up again to take you to the Chochołów Thermal Baths, where we'll put the perfect finishing touches to the trip. Once we arrive, you'll have another 3 hours of free time to enjoy this spa, the largest thermal complex in the region.
Lastly, we'll return to our original meeting point after a total of 11 hours.
