We'll pick you up at your hotel in Koper at 9 am. We'll get on our bikes and start travelling along the famous Parenzana Route, also known as the route of peace and friendship.
We'll pedal along the Slovenian coast enjoying the beautiful landscapes of the Istrian peninsula. Did you know that the Parenzana is one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe? The guide will tell us all the secrets of this spectacular route that connects Slovenia, Croatia and Italy.
The first stop will be in Izola, a beautiful coastal town that will captivate you as soon as you arrive. There we'll discover the history of this town bathed by the Adriatic Sea, as well as its most outstanding monuments. Surely you can not stop taking pictures!
We'll return to the bikes and continue exploring the Parenzana Route until we reach a salt evaporation pond, a very important product for this region of Slovenia. Then we'll go through one of the many tunnels along the route, which will take us directly to Portoroz.
We'll take a break in this small spa town, to replenish our strength with a typical meal and an exquisite wine. With our appetites satisfied, we'll return to Koper, ending at 2 pm.
