Phi Phi Islands Speedboat Excursion
Description
At the designated time, we'll meet at the McDonald's located near the Ao Ton Sai Pier. From there, we'll walk a few steps to the pier where our chariot awaits to take us on an adventure through a true tropical paradise. All aboard!
We'll sail through the Andaman Sea while the first lights of the morning illuminate the landscape until we reach the famous Maya Bay. Sound familiar? This was one of the settings for the Leonardo DiCaprio movie, The Beach. Plus, having arrived so early, we'll be able to enjoy this place with hardly any people.
Next, we'll head to Loh Samah to jump into the water and snorkel in search of the hundreds of tropical fish that inhabit this area. Then, we'll sail over to the Pileh Bay lagoon to delight our eyes with its beautiful cliffs.
Next stop? Shark Point, a coral reef full of life where you'll have the opportunity to check out its rich ecosystem. After a refreshing swim in these waters, we'll head to Viking Cave and then visit the iconic Monkey Beach to meet its friendly inhabitants.
Before heading back to Koh Phi Phi Don, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch of fried rice with chicken or vegetables. We'll also stop at Nui Bay and Bamboo Island for a relaxing time on the beach and a final swim. Then, we'll sail back to the starting point, where we'll arrive after a total of 8.5 hours.
Temporary changes to the itinerary
From August 1 to September 30, Maya Beach will be closed. We'll be able to see it from the boat but we won't be able to dock there.
