Day 1: Kandy - Ambuluwawa - Nuwara Eliya
At 8 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Kandy and head south to Ambuluwawa. When we get to this beautiful mountainous area, we'll come to a 157-foot (48-metre) high tower. Let's climb up to the top to see the views!
Next, we'll travel past waterfalls and picture-perfect scenery on our way to Nuwara Eliya. Once we've arrived, we'll spend the rest of the day exploring the local tea plantations and learning all about how tea is made at the prestigious Macwoods factory. If you'd like to buy some delicious tea, you're in the right place!
Day 2: Nuwara Eliya - Horton Plains - Ella
On our second and final day, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Nuwara Eliya at 5 am and set off for the Horton Plains. When we get there, we'll set off on a 6-mile (9-kilometre) circular hike through this stunning Sri Lankan natural area.
After our hike, we'll hop back in the vehicle and drive you to Ella where we'll you off at your hotel.
