Uganda Tour Package: 10 Days

Day 1: Entebbe

Welcome to Uganda! Upon landing at Entebbe Airport, we'll take you to your hotel in Kampala, where you can rest and recharge your batteries for what lies ahead on this 10-day tour.

Day 2: Kampala - Murchison Falls

First, you'll enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel before we drive to Murchison Falls National Park, the largest in Uganda. On the way, you'll see the wild vegetation that is typical of the country, as well as the different animals that live in the region, like lions, giraffes, elephants and hippos.

Once we arrive at our destination, we'll explore the park and see the impressive and roaring waterfall.

After our first day exploring the Ugandan wilderness, we'll take you to the park's hotel where you'll spend the night.

Day 3: Murchison Falls - Nile Cruise or Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

We'll start the day with a delicious breakfast. On the third day, you'll be given a choice of activities. You can either take an unforgettable walk along the Nile River, which divides the national park in two or visit the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you'll learn about how the animals are looked after.

Whichever activity you choose, we'll end the day by returning to the hotel at Murchison Falls National Park.

Day 4: Murchison Falls - Queen Elizabeth National Park

After breakfast, we'll cross the rugged Rift Valley to reach the town of Fort Portal. Before reaching our destination, we'll stop halfway and have a delicious lunch whilst enjoying incredible views overlooking the mountains of Uganda.

After visiting Fort Portal, we'll drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda's most important game reserves.

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park

Rise and shine! We'll have breakfast and start a safari in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, antelopes or elephants!

With your camera roll full of pictures of animals and breathtaking natural landscapes, we'll return to the hotel.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth National Park - Kalinzu Forest - Lake Bunyonyi

One of the most awaited days has arrived! After breakfast, we'll head to the Kalinzu Forest to see chimpanzees. We'll walk along the trails of this reserve, discovering the habits and way of life of these animals, as well as admiring the nature that surrounds them. We'll see more than 400 species of trees and bushes, as well as numerous types of birds flying overhead.

After a walk among the chimpanzees, we'll head to the hotel at Lake Bunyonyi where we'll spend the night.

Day 7: Lake Bunyonyi

We'll have breakfast at the hotel to give you energy for the day's activities. You'll be given a choice of two activities: a visit to a local village to meet the Batwa people one of the oldest surviving indigenous tribes in Africa or a boat trip on Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 8 - Lake Bunyonyi - Bwindi Impenetrable Forest - Lake Bunyonyi

Following breakfast, we'll cross the mountains to the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to the mountain gorillas. We'll go on a hiking route, exploring the thick jungle in search of the gorillas, who live in total freedom in Bwindi. The guide will tell us all about this gorilla species and its habits. After the gorilla expedition, we'll return to the hotel to rest.

Day 9: Lake Bunyonyi - Lake Mburo

We're approaching the final stretch of the tour. We'll have breakfast at the hotel and go on a safari around the lake to spot the different animal species that live in Bunyonyi.

After photographing the impalas, buffaloes, giraffes or topis that we'll meet during the safari, we'll return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, we'll offer you a pleasant boat ride on Lake Mburo. Lake Mburo is one of the smallest national parks in Uganda. Nevertheless, it's one of the most special places in the country and the zebras are the main characters.

We'll end the day by travelling to the Lake Mburo Hotel where we'll spend the night.

Day 10: Lake Mburo - Entebbe Airport

We'll have breakfast together for the last time and, at the agreed time, we'll take you to Entebbe Airport, where we'll say goodbye after spending 10 unforgettable days touring Uganda.
