5-Day Safari in Uganda

Day 1

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Kampala and drive west to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Along the way, we'll see the extensive tea plantations and stop at Fort Portal for a delicious lunch.

Once we've eaten, we'll continue along the route and cross the Equator line. We'll get to observe the unique landscape full of volcanic remnants until we reach the park. When we get there, we'll eat dinner and then rest at the lodge. Build up your energy, we have an exciting few days ahead of us!

Day 2

We'll have breakfast and hop into the 4x4 to kick off the first trip through the Queen Elizabeth National Park. We'll go in search of the animals that inhabit the reserve and we'll see lions, elephants, hippos, hyenas, leopards, impalas, and buffaloes, Africa at its best and wildest!

After this tour, we'll return to the lodge and eat lunch. With our batteries recharged, we'll head to the shores of Lake Edward for an unforgettable boat ride to watch the sunset from the water!

After this lovely experience, we'll return to the hotel.

Day 3

We'll wake up at the crack of dawn and once we've had breakfast, we'll set off walking in search of the chimpanzees that live in the Queen Elizabeth National Park. During the hike, we'll learn a bunch of fun facts about these primates.

Afterwards, we'll get back in the 4x4 and continue exploring the reserve in search of different species of animals. We'll end the day enjoying a delicious dinner at the hotel.

Day 4

The fourth day will be spent exploring the remaining part of Queen Elizabeth National Park. We'll enjoy this last day touring the Ugandan terrain in search of the best photo ops of the animals we encounter along the way. Keep your eyes peeled, we're sure to see some lions resting in the treetops.

We'll then head back to the hotel to have dinner and spend our last night in the reserve.

Day 5

We'll eat breakfast at the hotel and drive back to Kampala. The 5-day safari will come to an end back at your hotel in the Ugandan capital or at the airport - up to you!
