At the appointed time, we'll pick you up at your hotel and head to the house of a local family in Jodhpur where we'll discover the secrets of Indian cuisine. A delicious experience awaits!
Once there, we'll learn about the ingredients we'll use to prepare the meal and get to cooking. Indian tea, paneer curry, biryani rice, chutney and chapatis will be some of the recipes we'll prepare.
During the whole process, the family will also teach us the techniques used in Indian kitchens - a full sensory experience!
After cooking, we'll sit at the table and enjoy the meal with the family that has welcomed us into their home. Bon appetit!
We'll finish this traditional cooking class after three hours, returning to your hotel.
