Why Visit Aqua Planet Jeju?

Aqua Planet is the largest aquarium in all of Asia, which makes this an unmissable experience during your visit to Jeju. Inside there are enormous glass tanks which house more the 5000 different marine species.

During your visit to Aqua Planet, you'll stroll through the different halls of the aquarium and admire its displays of ocean habitats from all corners of the globe. The aquarium has activities for all the family, which even the little ones will love.

Opening Times

Aqua Planet Jeju opens every day from 9:30 am to 6 pm. Final admission is at 5 pm. Please note that these hours are subject to change and may vary.

Temporary Exhibition

You must hold your breath to get in the water, and you can only breathe again once you've reached the surface. Water and breathing cannot coexist, which is why the haenyeo live in harmony with the sea. This temporary exhibition offers a vision of the life of the haenyeo through the artworks of various artists, including the active haenyeo in Jeju.
