After picking you up from your hotel in Izola at 9 am, we'll drive by minibus to Koper, where we'll start our amazing cycling tour along the Parenzana Trail.
We'll get on our bikes and start pedalling along the Parenzana Trail, one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Europe and a favourite among cycling enthusiasts. It has a special charm as it connects Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy and serves as a reminder of the union of these three countries.
During the cycling tour, we'll enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Istrian peninsula. We'll make several stops so that you can rest and admire the beauty of Slovenia's natural scenery at your leisure.
We'll continue cycling and visit a salt pond, learning how this has been a fundamental product for the Slovenian economy. We'll also ride through some of the tunnels of the Parenzana Trail, one of the most famous parts of the bike route.
Finally, we'll return to Izola and do a guided tour of the town. We'll stroll along the harbour overlooking the Adriatic Sea and visit the St. Maurus Parish Church. The tour will end at approximately 2 pm.
