Ljubljana & Bled Tour
Ljubljana & Bled Tour
After picking you up from your hotel in Izola at 9 am, we'll head northeast in the direction of the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana.
Upon arrival in the city, we'll embark on a guided tour of the most important monuments in Ljubljana. During the tour, we'll learn all about the capital's history and the secrets hidden around every corner.
We'll explore the historic centre of Ljubljana and see the Town Hall, St. Nicholas Cathedral, and Preseren Square. A visit to the capital would not be complete without crossing the Ljubljanica River on the Triple Bridge, the Shoemaker Bridge and the most famous of all, the Dragon Bridge. In fact, did you know that the dragon is one of the symbols of Ljubljana?
After getting to know the historic centre of Ljubljana, we'll make our way to the small town of Bled, one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia. This historic lakeside town looks straight out of a fairy tale!
Once we arrive, you'll have an hour and a half of free time to explore the island of Bled at your own pace. We recommend taking a cruise on the lake on one of the typical boats, known as pletna, while admiring the beauty of the Julian Alps.
At the end of the tour of Ljubljana and Bled, we'll meet up again and head back to your hotel in Izola. Arrival is scheduled at 4 pm.
