On this snowshoeing activity, we'll explore the forests in Ivalo and the areas surrounding Lake Inari in search of the Northern Lights.

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Ivalo at the time indicated and we'll head to the forests around Lake Inari, the centre of Lapland. Are you ready to go hunting for the Northern Lights in this magical place?

As soon as we arrive, we'll don snowshoes, and collect walking poles and all the necessary materials to traverse the snowy lands of Ivalo. With the white forests and lake as the scenery for this adventure, we'll enjoy this beautiful nature and also play some fun games in the snow. We'll have an incredible time!

We'll also keep an eye out for the Northern Lights. They're an incredible natural spectacle! On this tour, we'll learn the science behind this natural phenomenon and what the best conditions for being able to spot them are.

Finally, we'll return to Ivalo by bus and drop you off at your hotel 4 hours after initial pickup.

Since it's a natural phenomenon, it's impossible to guarantee that we'll be able to see the Northern Lights on this tour.

Depending on the weather, instead of using snowshoes we can also use skies or even do the route in a vehicle.
