Isla Cristina Boat Tour

At the selected time, we'll meet at the port of Isla Canela, where we'll board a boat that will take us for an hour along the estuary of this town.

We'll sail around the harbour and see how the fishermen and shellfish gatherers go about their work while we learn about the great importance of this port of Spain.

After touring the port, we'll continue with the boat trip and head towards the Isla Cristina marshes, a protected natural area with great bird diversity. Here we'll be able to observe how different types of birds nest, feed and mate.

To finish the boat trip in an exceptional way, before returning to the port, we'll offer you a tasting of the famous white prawns of Huelva accompanied by a fantastic white wine of the region.

Isla Cristina river cruise - this was fantastic and well worth the money! Very informative with friendly crew, we enjoyed some delicious fresh prawns and local wine whilst cruising along the river and learning about the fishing ports and local way of life. We then headed out to the Atlantic where we caught sight of dolphins. The whole trip was around an hour and was just lovely!

100% recommended experience. The route is super interesting and very beautiful, especially in the last hours where the light of the sunset is spectacular. The boat staff could not be more pleasant and attentive and the background music makes the trip even more special. The prawns and the wine are a very nice detail.
