Procida Excursion
At 11:45 am, we'll meet on Via Porto in Ischia, where we'll welcome you aboard a boat for a pleasant cruise to the island of Procida.
During the cruise, we'll make several stops so that you can take a dip in the open sea while you marvel at the incredible views of the Gulf of Naples. One of our stops will be in the cove of Pozzo Vecchio, famous for its crystal clear waters and for having been one of the set locations in the movie The Postman.
We'll also take a break on the shores of the small islet of Vivara, a nature reserve connected to Procida by a bridge. On the boat, you'll also be able to keep your appetite at bay with some snacks and drinks.
After getting to know these lands of volcanic origin, we'll continue sailing around Procida, admiring other emblematic sites like the Marina di Corricella and Terra Murata, where we'll see the island's beautiful colorful houses. You won't be able to stop taking pictures!
Of course, we'll also stop in Procida for one to two hours to explore the historical center of the island on foot. You'll have time to go on a leisurely stroll through its streets and visit the Cathedral, the Abbey of San Michele and the Palazzo d'Avalos, a building that has also served as a prison.
Then, we'll return to the boat and finish the excursion at 3 pm, disembarking at the departure pier in Ischia.
