On this day trip to Procida, you'll explore one of the most beautiful islands in the Gulf of Naples while sailing along the coast of Ischia by boat. You'll enjoy the lovely towns, landscapes, beaches, and Italian cuisine!
Day Trip Details
We'll meet at the designated time at the Cristoforo Colombo de Forio parking lot in Ischia, to board a boat and begin our exciting day trip to Procida. Let's set sail!
Once on board, we'll enjoy a coffee and begin our journey along the southwestern coast of Ischia to admire its unique landscapes.
After about 15 to 20 minutes of sailing, we'll make our first stop in the town of Lacco Ameno, where you can swim and snorkel. We'll also re-vitalize with a tasty bruschetta with tomatoes from Ischia, accompanied by wine. What more could you ask for?
We'll then continue our sailing adventure to marvel at Ischia's majestic Aragonese Castle before disembarking at Procida to stop at Ciraccio Beach for 30 minutes. Time to relax!
Next on our journey, we'll pass by Marini di Corricella, the oldest coastal town of Procida, famous for its colorful houses and for being named Italy's 2022 Capital of Culture. We'll then reach Spiaggia Libera della Chiaiolella, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch that includes a first course, a second course, and fruit.
After lunch, you'll have some free time to explore the island or, if you wish, check out Procida by taxi. Once you're done exploring and back on board, we'll offer you a piece of seasonal fruit and some of the typical liquors of the area.
Lastly, we'll set sail again back to Ischia and return to Marina di Forio, where we'll conclude our 7.5-8 hour day trip.
