At the time of your choice, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Iquique and drive to the famous dunes of Dragon Hill (Cerro Dragón) - the perfect place to learn how to sandboard!
As soon as we arrive, we'll get equipped with a helmet, boots and a sandboard. Then, we'll attend a brief training session to learn how to handle all the equipment. It's not as hard as it looks! With a little patience, elbow grease and a lot of willpower, you'll be gliding across the dunes in no time!
Surfing on the sand is truly a unique experience! We'll have a great time surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Dragon Hill, with breathtaking views of Iquique and the Pacific Ocean coastline.
The dunes of Cerro Dragón have slopes with varying heights, so you can start by surfing the lower ones and move onto the higher ones as you gain confidence on the board. Get ready for an incredible adrenaline rush!
The sandboarding activity, which will last two hours, will conclude with the return transfer to your hotel in Iquique. At the end of the day, we'll also send you photos and videos of your experience.
