At 10 am, we'll meet on Avenida São João and get into a 4x4 vehicle to make our way to Castelhanos Beach. Let the adventure begin!
This tour can only be done in this kind of vehicle, as the whole route is surrounded by the famous Atlantic Forest. During the 4x4 tour, we'll drive more than 20 kilometers from Ilhabela to Castelhanos Beach, enjoying the beautiful views of this area of Brazil.
Before reaching the beach, we'll make three stops. First, we'll stop at a natural pool where you can discover the local flora and fauna. Then, we'll take the 4x4 to the Castelhanos Beach viewpoint, the perfect spot to see the beach in all its splendor. Finally, we'll stop at Cachoeira do Chuveirinho, a beautiful waterfall standing nearly 20 feet (6 meters) tall.
Finally, we'll reach Castelhanos Beach, where you'll have free time to enjoy the area. We recommend walking along its fine sand, swimming in the sea or the creek, and sampling the local gastronomy in one of its restaurants.
We'll then return to the 4x4 and start on our way back to Ilhabela, where we'll finish the excursion at approximately 5:30 pm.
