Excelente experiência. Pessoal de balcão e de bordo disponível e com informação clara. Fizemos a reserva online, guardamos o bilhete com QR code no telemóvel e acedemos sem problema ao barco. As viagens não tinham data nem hora fixas, vindo no bilhete só uma data que creio ser a validade do mesmo, o que é mais uma vantagem. Viagem tranquila com constante sensação de segurança, mesmo que esporadicamente se sinta alguma ondulação, provocada principalmente pela passagem de outras embarcações. 5*

Aunque muchos comentarios decían que se tenía que ir a mostrar la reserva para que te imprimieran el boleto, en mi caso no fue necesario. Con el QR que me mandaron pude subirme al ferry. Ya preguntando al personal si era posible tomar uno de vuelta más temprano me dijeron que sí y me mostraron los horarios. Todo sin problemas Translate this opinion into English.

La primera reserva la hice de 11:30 a 19:30 pero después quise estar una hora más en Formentera, o séa, hora de vuelta 20:30, mandé una consulta y me contestaron que no se podía variar ya, que si había puesto hora de vuelta 19:30 que tenía que volver a ésa hora. Cancelé la reserva y volví a reservar con la nueva hora de vuelta siendo totalmente innecesario ya que el billete es abierto y puedes coger el ferry a la hora que te dé la gana (salen cada media hora más o menos). Genial, por allí se ven carteles a casi 40 euros y con Civitatis nos salieron a 36. Fuimos en un barco super grande, cosa q me alegró ya que tampoco me convencen mucho los barcos y a la vuelta era uno mas pequeño pero no se mucho la diferencia los 2 se movían poco y tardaban media hora.
