Day Trip to Meraki Park
Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Ibagué to begin a road trip that will take you to the Meraki Theme Park, on the Bellavista trail.
Upon arrival, we'll get ready to start a hiking route where we'll cross the tropical forest and reach the viewpoints of the highlands of Ibagué. Get your cameras ready!
We'll reach the area of the zipline bicycles, one of the main attractions of Meraki Park. Are you brave enough to glide over the sky while cycling across a suspended cable? On board the bike, you'll go from one hill to another over a 1640-foot (500-meter) stretch at a height of 328 feet (100 meters). It'll be so exciting!
After this adventure, it'll be the moment to revitalize with a delicious traditional lunch. You'll enjoy the region's authentic flavors while you relax surrounded by the park's serenity.
Finally, the symbol of Colombia, coffee, will take the stage in the afternoon, as you'll learn the production process of this drink, from the harvesting to the cup. We'll wrap up the experience with a tasting of freshly made local coffee. Delicious!
Later, we'll begin our journey back to the hotel, where we'll conclude this 7-hour day trip.
