We'll meet at the time of your choice at Carrera 6 in Ibagué. From this point we'll start a tour of the Musical Capital of Colombia in which we'll get to know the most impressive places of its historical centre in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle.
During the tour, we'll discover why Ibagué is so well known for its music and we'll see the best examples of Ibagué's traditional architecture. We'll then leave the city centre behind and head out into the countryside towards the Combeima Canyon, located in the Nevados National Park.
We'll drive through some 19 kilometres (11 miles) of this beautiful natural environment, making a stop at the famous viewpoint of Los Sauces, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the canyon and its frailejones valleys. Did you know that these bushes grow one centimetre every year?
After snapping lots of stunning photos, we'll head to a local estate where you can relax with refreshments in their restaurant. Afterwards, we'll make our way back to Ibagué, arriving at the departure point six to seven hours after pickup.
