Activity Details

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Hafnarstétt 7 in Húsavík harbour. We'll hop on a speedboat here and set off into Húsavík Bay to see some of the ocean's most fascinating and impressive inhabitants. Let's go whale watching!

During our speedboat trip, which will last 2 hours, we'll travel across the bay so we can spot the largest whales and admire how they jump out to the surface of the water. We'll also tell you lots of fun facts about these marine mammals, which inhabit northern Iceland

Then, after 2 hours exploring the seas, we'll bring the tour to an end.

Puffin Season

If you go on this activity from April 15 to August 15, we'll round off the experience by going to Puffin Island to admire these birds during the season.

Whale Watching

If we don't get to see any whales during the activity, you'll have the option to go on a trip on a traditional oak boat, depending on availability.
