Hue Food Tour by Cyclo

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in the center of Hue and set off on a special tour to discover the flavors of Vietnam. Let the gastronomic tour of Hue begin!
To make the tour more authentic, we'll ride a cyclo, a traditional bike used in Vietnam to move around the city in a comfortable way. Mounted on the cyclos, we'll go to the first restaurant we'll visit, Hue Cake Restaurant.
Legend has it that in Hue, an emperor threatened his cooks with death if they served him a dish he had tasted before. This is the origin of the gastronomic richness of this city, and we're about to discover it. The first dish we'll taste will be bloating fern, a fern-shaped cake. Did you know that it's one of the specialties of Hue kitchens?
We'll continue the gastronomic tour by tasting banh nam, a dish made of rice flour, shrimp, and pork. Delicious! We'll also enjoy Hue's most traditional crispy pancakes and pork skewers.
During the tour, besides giving our palate a treat with the most famous dishes of Vietnamese cuisine, we'll learn all about the ingredients used in their cuisine. The next bite we'll taste will be bun thit nuong or bun bo Hue, both dishes are made of meat and noodles.
Finally, we'll return to the cyclos and take you back to your hotel, where we'll end the tour after a 3-hour culinary experience in Hue.
