San José del Pacífico Tour
San José del Pacífico Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Huatulco at 7 am and set off for San José del Pacífico to discover one of the most beautiful mountain areas of Mexico!
During the three-hour drive to our destination, we'll enjoy the scenery and the beauty of the villages of the southern highlands of Oaxaca. We'll see ocote pine forests, holm oak forests, blue mahoe, mosses, mushrooms and small streams... You'll love the biodiversity of this place!
Before arriving, we'll make a stop in the small village of Pluma Hidalgo, world-renowned for its pluma coffee. Here we'll have a delicious cup of organic coffee, visit its main square, and its church and go to a viewpoint with incredible sights.
We'll continue the excursion until we reach San José del Pacífico, a community located in one of the highest points of the southern highlands of Oaxaca, at 2350 metres (7709 feet) above sea level! Here you'll feel like you're flying through the clouds on a swing that looks out into the void. Or you can walk through pine forests and enjoy the natural viewpoints - don't forget your camera!
If you want to relax even more, we'll accompany you to a temazcal in the middle of nature. Do you know what it is? After this soothing bath, you'll have free time for lunch in one of the restaurants in the area.
We'll finish the excursion by dropping you off at your hotel in Huatulco at 7 pm.
