Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from the meeting point you selected to make our way to the Holbox pier, where we'll hop on a ferry towards Chiquila's port. From here, we'll drive towards Chichen Itza.

During the journey, you'll have access to fresh fruit, coffee, water, and soft drinks while we explain some interesting details about the history and culture of the Mayan civilisation.

Approximately 5 hours after picking you up, we'll reach Chichen Itza, one of the most important archaeological sites in the world. Over the course of 2 hours, we'll explore this ancient ceremonial centre, admiring the majestic Temple of Kukulcan and other emblematic monuments. Did you know that this spot is one of the New 7 Wonders of the World?

After immersing ourselves in Mayan history, we'll begin our journey back to Chiquila, and at the halfway point, we'll make a stop at the Pueblo Fantasma Cenote. Here, you'll get to enjoy a delicious lunch made up of traditional Yucatecan dishes, and you'll have the chance to relax and take a dip in the cenote's turquoise waters.

2.5 hours later, we'll make our way to Chiquila's port to take the ferry back to Holbox. Lastly, we'll say our goodbyes at the island's central park, after a total of 13 hours.
