Holambra Tour + Clog Painting Workshop
Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Rua Dória Vasconcelos to start a very special route through Brazil's famous City of Flowers. Are you ready to discover this picturesque Dutch-inspired town?
On our tour, we'll visit some of its most famous landmarks: from the iconic Portal de Holambra to the huge windmill, the popular umbrella street and the "I love Holambra" sign. We'll be sure to take some unforgettable photos at each stop while discovering the fascinating history of this city. You'll be amazed how this part of the Brazilian city keeps the essence of the Netherlands alive!
Next, we'll head to Sítio Santo Antônio, where a Dutch clog painting workshop awaits. We'll spend an hour decorating our own clogs, which we can take home as a personalised souvenir of this adventure. Once we have finished your creations, we'll be able to admire the works on display in this artistic space.
Before the end of the tour, we'll visit a flower farm in Holambra, where we'll enjoy a dreamlike setting amidst fields of sunflowers, lavender and other colourful flowers. We'll spend an hour in this charming place as we enjoy the scents and colours of the floral landscape.
After 4 hours of sightseeing, we'll end the flower tour of Holambra at the starting point.
