Mekong Delta Boat Ride
At the scheduled time, we'll meet up at the Saigon waterbus station where we'll board a boat that will take us on an unforgettable cruise along the Mekong Delta.
During the cruise, you'll enjoy a delicious Vietnamese dessert while admiring a panoramic view of one of the most important places in Vietnam. Rice fields, water labyrinths, and floating homes will be some of the delights we'll see during the tour.
Afterwards, we'll take a break to visit the local market in Long An province. As we walk among the different fruit and vegetable stalls, we'll be able to witness up close what the locals' daily life is like. Then, we'll head over to the Ben Tre Province, a place that perfectly reflects the authentic life of the Mekong Delta.
We'll taste some of the fruit sold at their stalls, cross the canal aboard a small traditional boat, listen to traditional music and local legends as well as ride a tuk-tuk around the residential neighborhoods. We'll explore every corner of the Mekong delta!
At 1 pm we'll stop at a local restaurant to enjoy a delicious seven-course Vietnamese meal. After lunch, we'll head back to the boat and return to the port of Tan Cang.
We'll be back at the meeting point in Ho Chi Minh 8 hours later.
