Sail through Crete's crystal clear waters on this Dia Island Day Trip from Heraklion. You'll visit Agios Georgios Bay and Panagia Cave as you explore the stunning and uninhabited Dia Island.
Dia Island Day Trip
We'll meet at Heraklion Port 15 minutes before the indicated departure time. Once everyone's arrived, we'll board the boat that'll take us through Crete's waters to Dia Island.
During the boat trip to this uninhabited island, we'll enjoy beautiful views of the coastline. The first stop will be Agios Georgios Bay, which is home to archaeological sites that house remains from the Minoan era.
In addition to exploring the local area, you can take a dip in the sea and even go snorkeling. Afterwards, we'll continue sailing and head to Panagia Cave. This bay's mesmerizing emerald waters will also allow us to see the entire seabed from our boat.
For lunch, we'll have a delicious lunch on the boat consisting of local delicacies—vegetarian options are also available. In the meantime, we'll continue to explore Dia Island's coastline and learn about its unique characteristics from our boat's crew.
At the end of our route, we'll sail back to Heraklion Port, where our day trip will end 7 hours after the start time.
