Liesjarvi National Park Hike
Liesjarvi National Park Hike
Get ready for a fantastic day of adventure in the stunning nature of Finland's countryside. After meeting up at 9 am on Mannerheiminaukio Street, we'll head to the spectacular Liesjärvi National Park, about an hour and a half away.
Once we arrive at our destination, we'll start our brilliant trek through the lush forests of this beautiful natural wilderness. Along the way, we'll discover the natural treasures of the Finnish taiga and, if we're lucky, we'll also see some of the wonderful animals that inhabit this area, such as foxes, hares, and moose.
At the halfway point, we'll stop to light a fire and cook a delicious lunch of salmon and vegetable soup, with red fruit cake for dessert and coffee or tea. In the colder months, we'll eat in a shelter protected from the low temperatures.
Finally, we'll walk back to the bus and drive to the original starting point, where our trip will finish at 4 pm.
