Helsinki Boat Trip

We'll board the boat at the Market Square in the city center, before heading out onto the Baltic sea to sail around just some of the more than 300 islands which make up Helsinki.

You'll see Korkeasaari island, home to the largest zoo in the Finish capital, and the islands of Kulosaari and Vartiosaari.

We'll cruise by the incredible maritime fort of Suomenlinna, which began construction in 1748 across six islands and served as a form of protection against Russian invasion.

After a cruise of about 1 hour 30 minutes, we'll return to the harbour next to Market Square.

Timetables

The boat trip has the following timetable:

From 31st May to 20th June: Monday to Friday at 12 noon, 2 pm and 4 pm.

From 21st June to 29th August: Monday to Sunday at 12 noon, 2 pm and 4 pm.

From 29th June to 28th August: On Tuesdays and Saturdays, there'll be additional departures at 1 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm.

From 30th August to 30th September: Wednesday to Saturday at 12 noon, 2 pm and 4 pm.

Poca gente con lo cual se estaba muy bien. La audioguía requiere descargar una aplicación y se reproduce supuestamente en el móvil, por lo que recomiendo llevar auriculares. En nuestro caso no se conseguía descargar la audioguía pero por los altavoces cuentan lo mismo en fines e ingles. Si no fuera por el fallo de la guía tendría mejor valoración. Few people with whom it was very good. The audio guide requires downloading an application and is supposedly played on your mobile phone, so I recommend bringing headphones. In our case it was not possible to download the audio guide but the speakers told the same thing in Finnish and English. If it weren't for the guide's failure, it would have a better rating. Si como nosotros quieres la audio guía en español debes llevar tu móvil y unos auriculares tuyos.. ya que es por una aplicación gratuita que te descargas allí mismo.. The boat is super comfortable, the staff on board is very friendly... I recommend going to the top floor, the views are great and the sea breeze makes it more special. If, like us, you want the audio guide in Spanish, you must bring your mobile phone and some headphones of yours... since it is for a free application that you download right there...
