Explore Heidelberg in Style

Ready to get to know the charming city of Heidelberg in a unique and exciting way? We'll meet at the indicated time at Neckarmünzplatz, where we'll begin this segway tour of Heidelberg.

We'll kick off our adventure riding past the Marstall, a former armoury built around 1510 during the reign of Prince Elector Ludwig V. Then, we'll glide past the Congress Centre as we make our way to the Theodor Heuss Bridge.

One of the highlights of the tour is the Philosopher's Walk, where we'll be treated to a breathtaking panoramic view of Heidelberg's skyline and the Neckar River. From here, we'll pass the Neuburg Monastery, founded in 1130, offering a fascinating glimpse into the city's medieval history.

Next, we'll head up to Köpfel, where we'll find a scenic viewpoint that overlooks the beautiful Neckar Valley, Heidelberg, and the Upper Rhine Plain. We'll then descend into the valley towards the tranquil district of Ziegelhausen before tackling a thrilling ascent to Wolfsbrunnen. This historic site, now a beautifully restored restaurant and conference centre, boasts an impressive guest list of royals and renowned artists from times gone by.

As we approach the end of the tour, we'll pass the famous Heidelberg Castle, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Along the way, we'll see the Villa Bosch and the Carl Bosch Museum, dedicated to the life and work of the Nobel Prize-winning chemist Carl Bosch. We'll enjoy one last magnificent view of the castle gardens before we head towards the Klingenteich.

Our final stretch of the tour will take us past the old Jewish cemetery before we return to the old town.

Finally, after approximately 2.5 hours, we'll bring the tour to an end back at the starting point.
