Tour Description
We'll meet at Hacienda El Patrón at the indicated time, where we'll learn about the authentic rural Cuban life.
Upon arrival at the farm, we'll be greeted with a welcome cocktail, the perfect introduction to the rich Cuban tradition. We'll also have the opportunity to take part in a cocktail class where we'll be shown how to prepare the country's most iconic drinks.
We'll continue exploring other areas of the estate, where you can swim in the lake, go kayaking, or go horse riding. You can also discover some fun facts about the diversity of the fauna and flora that characterises this corner of the interior of Cuba, or even participate in agricultural activities or learn about sustainable practices.
To put the finishing touch to this experience, we'll enjoy a menu prepared with ingredients grown in the area. Under the guidance of twice Michelin-starred chef Ramses Gonzalez and Alexis Sanchez, a young local chef, we'll embark on a 7-course culinary journey that fuses traditional Cuban cuisine with a contemporary and stylish twist.
Finally, we'll end the tour at the main entrance of Hacienda El Patrón 9 hours later.
