At the indicated time, we'll meet on 12th Street in the El Vedado District. Ready to bike through Havana's amazing forest?
Once we've picked up our bikes, we'll hop on and start pedaling to the Casa de la Amistad. Here, we'll discuss the romantic story behind this mansion once lived in by 2 Cuban aristocrats in the 20th century.
This story is closely intertwined with our next destination, Havana Forest, also known as the Great Metropolitan Park. This expansive area spans 700 hectares and offers a tranquil oasis. We'll explore the park's notable features, including the Jardines de la Tropical, an area abundant in Art Nouveau architecture.
Upon concluding our garden exploration, we'll pedal onwards to the Amigos del Mar restaurant. This charming open-air establishment sits alongside the Almendares River, a constant companion on our journey.
After refueling, we'll return to the starting point to return the bikes and conclude the activity after about 3 hours of adventure.
