Ha Giang 4-Day Tour Package

Day 1: Hanoi - Ha Giang

On board a comfortable minibus, we'll depart from the center of Hanoi in the direction of Ha Giang. We'll arrive in this beautiful province located in the north of Vietnam after noon, after a short break in the middle of the journey to recharge our batteries.

Once in Ha Giang we'll start a tour by jeep or motorcycle, as you prefer, through the most beautiful natural areas of the region. On this route, which lasts approximately 3 hours, we'll travel through the so-called Ha Giang Geopark crossing amazing mountain passes such as the so-called Heaven's Gate.

From this place we'll enjoy extraordinary panoramic views of the peaks and valleys that make up the beautiful natural landscape of the surroundings, such as the beautiful twin mountains of Quan Ba. We'll make a stop for lunch and after regaining strength we'll visit the Lung Khuy cave, which has stalactites millions of years old.

We'll conclude this day's itinerary in a traditional village belonging to a local family. After dinner, we'll finally rest in a shared room.

Day 2: Ha Giang - Quản Bạ - Đồng Văn - Mã Pí Lèng

In the morning, we'll breakfast at the lodge and depart for Đồng Văn, a fascinating protected natural area located on the border between Vietnam and China.

At noon, we'll stop for lunch and continue our route to Lung Cu Flag Tower, an iconic structure located at the top of Rong Mountain, rising to 1,700 m (5,577 ft). Then, we'll visit the Palace of King H ́mong, declared a National Heritage Site since 1993.

Finally, we'll depart for the traditional village of Đồng Văn where we'll have dinner and rest. See you tomorrow!

Day 3: Yên Minh - Đồng Văn

After breakfast, we'll head to the famous Mã Pí Lèng pass. Its winding route, approximately 20 kilometers (12 mi) long, is located at an altitude of 1,500 meters (4,921 ft) above sea level—a perfect place to enjoy fantastic views!

After replenishing your strength with a delicious lunch, we'll take a pleasant boat ride through the Tu San Canyon. Did you know that this canyon is said to be the deepest in Southeast Asia, with a height of 700 to 800 meters (2,296 and 2,642 ft) and almost 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) long?

After this adventure, we'll head to Du Già village, where we'll have dinner and sleep.

Day 4: Du Già - Yên Minh - Hanói

Early in the morning, we'll have our last breakfast and depart for Ha Giang. Before arriving, we'll contemplate the beautiful Du Già waterfall and visit a flax cooperative in Lung Tam.

At noon, we'll stop for lunch in Ha Giang and, after regaining our strength, we'll board a sleeper bus to take us to Hanoi, where we'll finally arrive at 7 pm.

Options

Jeep 

With this option, we'll tour the Vietnamese province of Ha Giang on board a Fortuner 4x4 jeep or a similar vehicle. Each of these vehicles has a maximum capacity of 5 people. If you don't have a driving license or would simply prefer to sit back and enjoy the local landscapes, you can occupy a passenger seat while the guide takes care of the driving.

If you'd like to drive, you must be over 18 years old and present a valid driving license for driving in Vietnam.

Motorbike 

With this option you'll ride a semi-automatic motorbike. If you wish to drive, you'll also need to present a valid license.

Hotel Pickup

The tour includes pick-up between 6 am and 6:30 am from the main hotels in the historical centre of Hanoi. 

Accommodation

The tour includes three nights' accommodation in a shared room in a traditional village.

Food

During the 4 days of the tour we'll have the opportunity to enjoy typical Vietnamese breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
