Cruise down the canals (50 minutes)
We'll start this cruise around the canals in Haarlem by sailing past the Teylers Museum, the oldest museum in the Netherlands. It dates back to 1778!
The cruise will continue north towards De Adriaan, the only windmill in the centre of Haarlem. We'll also pass by the famous Jopen Brewery. Did you know that this brewery is found inside an old church?
We'll continue to cruise around Haarlem's canals and pass Sint Bavo Cathedral. Then, we'll spot the Frans Hals Museum and cross beneath the Gravestenenbrug drawbridge.
After a 50-minute ride, we'll end this cruise back at the dock.
Cruise down the canals and windmills (1.5 hours)
If you choose this option, we'll first pass the Teylers Museum and the De Adriaan windmill. Next, we'll leave the canals in Haarlem behind and start to explore the Spaarne River towards Heemstede.
Along this route, we'll admire traditional Dutch windmills that will seem like a perfect postcard scene in the Netherlands.
The journey will last 1.5 hours and end at the initial meeting point.
