If you're a fan of delicious gastronomy, you'll love our Ecuadorian cooking class in Guayaquil! We'll pick you up from your hotel at 10 am and take you to the Caraguay Market, where you'll find the most coveted fresh fish in Ecuador.
We'll stroll among the stalls in search of the ingredients we'll use in the culinary workshop. Once we've purchased everything on our shopping list, we'll go to the home of a local chef so we can learn how to make some traditional Ecuadorian dishes.
The expert chef will be in charge of the kitchen, but we'll be able to help with the whole process. We'll prepare ceviche, stuffed potato llapingachos and a seco de pollo, which consists of marinating the meat in vinegar to obtain a delicious stew.
Once we've plated our dishes, we'll sit down at the table and eat what we've prepared. Bon appétit!
After sampling some of Ecuador's traditional cuisine, we'll drop you off at your hotel at 2 pm.
