Tour Highlights

Day 1: Guatemala City

Upon your arrival in Guatemala City, we'll greet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. Depending on your flight's arrival time, you'll have the day free to either explore the city or unwind from your journey.

Day 2:  Guatemala City - Chichicastenango

After breakfast in Guatemala City, we'll embark on a bus or minibus journey to Chichicastenango. Here, immerse yourself in the vibrant indigenous market offering an array of products – from regional fabrics and clay handicrafts to local delicacies.

Next, we'll explore the fascinating Church of Santo Tomás, a testament to the fusion of Catholicism and the Mayan civilization's legacy. Curious about its secrets? You'll then have free time for lunch and to continue exploring Chichicastenango at your leisure.

At the end of the day, we'll meet again to take you to the accommodation in Chichicastenango where we'll spend the night.

Day 3: Chichicastenango - Lake Atitlán

After breakfast, then you'll make your way to the lakes of Lake Atitlán. Sailing, we'll reach San Juan de la Laguna, known for its textiles and handicrafts. After having some free time for lunch on your own, you will head to the hotel in Lake Aititlán.

Day 4: Lake Atitlán - Guatemala City

Once you have breakfast at the hotel, we'll leave Lake Atitlán behind and head to Antigua Guatemala, where you will take a complete tour to see the main attractions of the city.

You'll visit the Cathedral of San Jose, the Church of La Merced, the central park or main square, the old La Union tank washhouses, and more. The rest of the day, you will have free time to stroll, shop, eat, or do whatever you want – it's up to you!

At the end of the day, we'll meet again to head back to Guatemala City, where we'll spend the night.

Day 5: Guatemala City

We come to the end of our 5-day tour of Guatemala. On this last day, from your hotel in Guatemala, we'll take you to La Aurora Airport, in Guatemala City with plenty of time, so you can catch your flight. Safe travels!
