At 5:30 am, we'll meet at Calle 4. There we'll start a road trip that will take us to the place where we'll begin this bird watching activity in Guaduas.
After an hour and a half drive, we'll arrive at a trail and start walking an uphill hiking trail. We'll enjoy the colors, smells, and sounds of this natural setting.
We'll discuss some of the over 200 species of birds inhabiting this area of the department of Cundinamarca. Have you ever seen a gray-throated ibis, or a red-throated toucanet? As we admire the beautiful feathers of these specimens, we'll tell you some interesting facts about these and many other birds.
After the sighting, we'll arrive at a camp where we'll refuel. We'll have a lunch prepared by the farmers that include meat, rice, banana leaf salad, and refreshing lemonade.
The activity will end at the starting point after six hours.
