At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Mariana Azuela Park and begin our nighttime cycling tour of Guadalajara which will take us to discover the charming corners of the capital of Jalisco under the moonlight. Ready? Let's go!
Firstly, we'll recount the history of the iconic Minerva and The Arches, the entrance to Guadalajara. On our bikes, we'll pedal along in the cycling lane on Chaputelpec Avenue, known as the pink area of the city.
We'll eventually arrive at the Expiatory, one of the most beautiful churches in Guadalajara, where we'll make a stop so that you can admire its beauty. We'll then continue the tour by cycling towards the old town to see some of the most iconic buildings in the city, lit up in all their beauty!
The Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Rotunda de los Hombres Ilsustres (Roundabout of the Illustrious Men) and the Degollado Theatre, won't be skipped either on this tour. We'll also pay a visit to Plaza de los Fundadores Square, the Municipal Palace, and the Iberoamerican Library. As we take in all of these monuments, we'll divulge the hidden stories of the city, such as the popular legends associated with it.
After 3 hours together, we'll make our way back to the meeting point, where this nighttime cycling tour will be brought to an end.
